All packages require signature confirmation on delivery.

Please use legal name on I.D on orders 

Shipping and billing address must match to avoid order cancellation 

Standard shipping time is 3-10 business  days,  We do not process orders on Sundays or holidays. Orders placed prior to 5pm (EST)
will be processed that day,
Orders placed after 5pm (EST)
will be process on the next business day.

Her Pretty Crown is not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays , holidays , inclement weather, and or natural disasters.

It’s advisable to order your hair ahead of time and not wait last minute to avoid unforeseen delays.
