What shipping company does Her Pretty Crown use?  

USPS (united states postal service) 

• Once a package leaves our warehouse we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. A claim will have to be opened by the buyer with the shipping company. No refunds or Replacements are guaranteed as we reserve the right to investigate  and reserve this on a case by case basis . All packages shipped are insured by Seller with shipping courier.

ALL PACKAGES REQUIRE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION ON DELIVERY.

How long is the shipping process? 

Standard shipping is 3-7 business days,

SALE orders ship out in the order in which they are received due to the high volume of SALE orders

When do I receive tracking information?

Tracking  information is emailed to the email address on your order form on the day that your order ships out, you will NOT receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.

All wigs are standard size fits the average size head 

How do I maintain my Hair ?

seeking professional Hair stylist to assist with your install is highly recommended.

 Hair care Tips :

Detangle hair gently prior to wash .

Wash and condition hair with a low Ph non-sulfate moisturizing shampoo and conditioner.

When using heating tools on hair, it’s best to use heat protectant . Brush hair throughly prior to washing .

Use wide tooth comb or paddle brush on curly hair texture.

Avoid using products with high Ph levels and chemicals.

Air drying is recommended

Protect your luxury hair and sleep with a silk satin bonnet/scarf/melt belt . Recommended (HerPrettyCrown Silk satin bonnet/silk scarf/ melt belt) 

Can wigs/bundles be colored?

 ALL HerPrettyCrown virgin hair can be dyed,

Recommended seeking a LICENSE PROFESSIONAL for assistance for color service 

What to do to prevent shedding? 

It’s natural for hair extensions including your natural hair to shed when combing 

Highly recommended to seek a Licensed professional hair stylist when bleaching hair knots/hair to prevent over process hair to avoid shedding. 

Gently comb or brush your hair from bottom (ends)  to the top with a paddle brush.
