What shipping carrier does Her Pretty Crown use?
We proudly ship all domestic orders via UPS.
All packages are fully insured and require signature confirmation upon delivery for added security.
Once your package has been shipped, Her Pretty Crown is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If an issue occurs during transit, the customer must file a claim directly with UPS. While we are happy to assist when possible, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Processing Time: 1–3 business days
- Standard UPS Shipping: 3–7 business days
During sales, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended due to increased order volume.
When will I receive my tracking information?
Tracking information is emailed to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped.
Please note that you will not receive a tracking number immediately after placing your order.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
At this time, online orders are shipped only and are not available for in-store pickup.
If you would like to pick up your purchase in-store, your order must be made in person at Her Pretty Crown.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order. Her Pretty Crown is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to update your address before your order ships, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
What is Her Pretty Crown’s Return & Exchange Policy?
Due to the sanitary nature of our products:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations.
If an error was made on our behalf, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been submitted.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Are taxes included in the price?
Applicable sales tax is not included in the listed product prices and will be calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping destination.
Is Her Pretty Crown hair 100% human hair?
Yes! All Her Pretty Crown wigs, bundles, closures, and frontals are made with 100% Virgin Human Hair.
Our hair can be washed, curled, straightened, and professionally colored while maintaining its quality with proper care.
How long will my Her Pretty Crown hair last?
With proper care and maintenance, Her Pretty Crown Virgin Hair can last 1–3 years or longer.
Longevity depends on how often the hair is worn, heat styled, professionally colored, and maintained.
What size are Her Pretty Crown lace wigs?
All Her Pretty Crown lace wig units are made in a standard cap size, designed to comfortably fit most average head sizes.
Do Her Pretty Crown wigs come pre-plucked or pre-customized?
Our lace wigs are lightly pre-plucked to provide a natural appearance.
If additional customization is desired, such as knot bleaching, additional plucking, or hairline customization, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to discuss available customization options prior to shipment.
Please note that some of our Ready-to-Wear units may already come pre-customized.
Can Her Pretty Crown hair be colored?
Yes! All Her Pretty Crown Virgin Hair can be professionally colored.
For the best results, we strongly recommend having all coloring and bleaching services performed by a licensed professional hairstylist.
How do I care for my Her Pretty Crown hair?
For the best results, we highly recommend having your hair installed by a licensed professional stylist.
To maintain the quality and longevity of your luxury hair:
- Gently detangle hair before washing.
- Wash with a moisturizing, sulfate-free, low-pH shampoo and conditioner.
- Always apply a heat protectant before using hot tools.
- Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush, especially on curly hair textures.
- Avoid harsh chemicals and products with high pH levels.
- Air drying is recommended whenever possible.
- Protect your hair while sleeping by wearing a silk satin bonnet, silk scarf, or melt belt.
How can I minimize shedding?
Some shedding is completely normal with both natural hair and hair extensions.
To help minimize shedding:
- Brush or comb your hair gently, working from the ends toward the roots.
- Avoid excessive brushing or pulling.
- Have knots bleached and hair professionally colored only by a licensed professional to help prevent over-processing.
- Maintain a proper moisturizing hair care routine.
